Shipping to a Different Address
If you would like to ship your package to an address than your credit card billing address, we require additional information. You MUST have the phone number of the billing address on the order form so we have the ability to call to confirm your order. If the phone number does not match the phone number you have on file with your credit card company or it does not match the phone number listed in the phone book, for your security, you will be required to fax us a copy of your credit card, the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card and your signature. Please understand we do this to protect our customers against fraudulent transactions.
Request Package be left Outside
If you request a package be left outside the shipping address or left without a signature required, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost or stolen.
All in-stock orders will be shipped the same day or following business day via UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated. We will contact you if an item you have ordered is currently out-of-stock. Shipping charges in the United States are determined by the weight and shipping destination. If you would like e-mail confirmation when your order ships, please specify in the comments field on the order form.
Important note: You must pick a shipping option during check-out or your items will NOT be shipped in a timely manner.
International shipping of orders is currently not available through our Web site.
Through our website, we accept the following major credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card. For phone orders, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
We charge required local and state taxes for California. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system.
All orders submitted online using credit cards are immediately confirmed via email. You will be e-mailed an invoice of your purchase.
No sale is final. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price. You may request a refund up to 30 days after you receive your order. There are not exceptions for a refund after this time period. To return an item, you must first contact us by e-mail. We will reply with information regarding how and where to return the item. Please note you are responsible for shipping and handling when returning merchandise to us. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us via phone or email before you return your item.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with a missing package, contact us and we will provide proof of delivery.
