PLEASE NOTE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND NOT THE LABELS ON YOUR LINENS WHICH WERE CREATED IN FRANCE AND NOT MADE FOR THE SETTINGS OF US APPLIANCES.
COATED COTTON
Our coated cotton linens are made of 100% cotton which have an acrylic coating which has been blended throughout the fabric. These fabrics can just be wiped down and do not need to be washed. Wipe down any stains as soon as they occur. For greasy stains, a mild detergent can be used. If desired, machine wash in cold water and line dry. Do not put in the dryer. Can be ironed on the reverse side. Fabric starch can be used on the reverse side for any wrinkles.
JACQUARD WOVEN
Our jacquard woven tablecloths, runners, napkins and kitchen towels are made of 100% double woven cotton. A teflon treatment has been applied to the fabric to give them some stain protection. Liquids will bead on the fabric and can be wiped away if done immediately. If stain has remained on the fabric for longer, a stain remover can be applied before washing. Wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Either line dry or place in the dryer on air fluff and add heat the last 5 - 10 minutes of the cycle to reactivate the stain protection and remove any wrinkles. To avoid shrinkage, do not put in the dryer with heat. If necessary, iron on the reverse side. Fabric starch can be used.
JACQUARD TAPESTRY
Our jacquard woven tapestry table linens are made of a luxurious blend of 60% top quality cotton and 40% of soft polyester to which prevents shrinkage or wrinkling. Dry cleaning recommended. If stained, apply stain remover before washing. Can be machine washed in cold water on delicate cycle. Hang or lay flat to dry or place in the dryer on air fluff. Can be ironed if necessary.
WHITE TABLECLOTHS
White tablecloths can be washed in warm or hot water. If necessary, use a special stain remover before washing. For stubborn stains on white tablecloths, bleach can be added to the washing water - Use the specified quantity and never apply directly to the stain.
LAMINATED "COATED" TABLECLOTHS
Follow these instructions carefully:
Treat stains as soon possible by wiping with a wet sponge on the outer surface
Machine wash in cold or warm water
Never use bleach, softener, solvent or stain remover
If needed, laminated tablecloths can be ironed on the reverse
We do not recommend tumble drying
Do not place a hot pan or dish straight out of the oven directly on the tablecloth
To preserve coating it is advisable not to leave the tablecloth outdoors after use
